I think we could also just hold off until we find out the reason for the
patch failing as well (a missing cvs tag on a checkin caused by a cvs bug).
If one typo in one patch on a bug day causes that many alarms to go off
before anyone contacts the submitter, then we have something wrong with the
way we are doing a bug day.
