OK, thanks.  Then I guess whoever maintains that branch can fix it so
_fsBTree gets built.  An example is in the setup.py for
StandaloneZODB:

fsb = Extension(name = "BTrees._fsBTree",
                include_dirs = include,
                sources = ['BTrees/_fsBTree.c'],
                define_macros = [('EXCLUDE_INTSET_SUPPORT', None)],
                )

...
setup(..., ext_modules = [..., fsb, ...], ...)
