They are mixed in with each of the three test runs.  The script does a 
checkout of Zope, ZEO, bsddb3, and CMF, links them together in one Zope 
instance, compiles the extensions, then runs testrunner.  testrunner 
runs all tests in modules named "test*.py" located in directories called 
"tests".  Then it runs that whole process again with the 
Zope-2_5-branch, then again back on the trunk but this time with Python 2.2.
