Not at this time; today it's purely supplemental.  Someday (2.7?),
yes -- that's the goal of the installer branch as a whole.  I imagine
packagers will make use of the setup.py but end-users will still
stay away.

That did get me thinking though, any objections to having wo_pcgi.py
modified to do build_ext -i instead of the old walk-for-Setups?
