I dumped Expat from ParsedXML as it was a major pain, and it's requiring
PyXML now.

Unfortunately PyXML's windows installer doesn't recognize binary versions
of Zope, requiring users to manually copy over _xmlplus into their
Zope's site-packages. That's not really nice at all..
(but better than asking them to compile it!)
