[Zope-Coders] Signal handling

Hi all,

I just merged some signal handling code into the Zope 2 trunk.

It appears to "work for me" on Linux.

If anybody who runs the following systems could take the time
to test it, it would be helpful:

  - Solaris
  - Mac OS X
  - FreeBSD
  - Cygwin

To test it, please run the trunk code and do this:

 kill -HUP `cat /path/to/var/Z2.pid` (should restart Zope)

 kill -USR2 `cat /path/to/var/Z2.pid` (should open and close
logfiles)

 kill -TERM `cat /path/to/var/Z2.pid` (should quit)
