What platform?  Apparently it doesn't have the header file <malloc.h>
which is #included by lib/python/BTrees/sorters.c.  This file does
exist on Linux (I see it) and on Windows (else Tim wouldn't have used
it).  So you're either on Solaris of FreeBSD, right?
