Very interesting.  That's a different location than on Linux or
Windows!  (On Linux it's in /usr/include/malloc.h.)

Someone else will have to figure out what to do about this -- I don't
know how Zope does this kind of configuration (I suppose it could be
added to the new setup.py script).

Or maybe it's possible to rewrite sorters.c so that <malloc.h> isn't
needed?  Tim?
