I submitted a bug report about this a long time ago (collector
issue 79).  I also suggested a fix (get rid of the import of findhomes
at that point). Note that the comments on the CVS update that
introduced that line claimed it was a fix for something, though I
don't see how.  Anyway, this bug has never been addressed.  Candidate
for eradication on the next bug day, perhaps?
