Yes.  Casey did it yesterday, with my instruction - it's worth describing
for everyone's information.  He had the product in /Products/ZCTextIndex
and added a /CVSROOT/repolinks entry to dictate a link:

  /Zope/lib/python/Products/ZCTextIndex => /Products/ZCTextIndex

Checking in /CVSROOT/repolinks institutes a link in the repository for
each of its entries (and removes any links that have no entry).
