Hmm. Yesh... So that can't be it.
It's blocked by XBL, but the XBL guys seem seriously screwed, and block most
of the world. And they'll block you if you'll mail them. However, that
blacklist isn't used by anyone except themselves. Or at least, it's
shouldn't be. :-)

So, blacklisting seems not to be the reason.
