FYI, here's a clue: in lib/python/ZPublisher/HTTPResponse.py, set
APPEND_TRACEBACKS to 1 to show the tracebacks (no peeking in the
source required).  The comment there suggests that tracebacks in the
HTML source are no longer supported; perhaps the text in
lib/python/OFS/standard/standard_error_message.dtml should be updated?

Also, perhaps this policy change should be mentioned in CHANGES.txt?
