I fixed this same thing in Zope2 today. :-)

I'm quite sure that the change is correct; with the 'break', it would
stop checking that the class implements the methods defined in the
interface as soon as a data attribute is found.

The failures are probably because some class doesn't implement some
method of an interface that it purports to implement.
