And adding "__refresh_module__ = 0" to the module containing the hook 
doesn't help?

I haven't looked at CallProfiler, so I don't know whether there are 
multiple modules that contain these hooks.

Are you talking about refreshing CallProfiler or other products?  Does 
anyone besides you (the developer of the product) need to refresh 
CallProfiler?

In any case, just make sure all tests pass before checkin. :-)
