The difference is that the ExtensionClass libraries will be output to 
<zope>/lib/Components/ExtensionClass rather than <zope>/lib/python.  I 
fixed that in my own copy with a hack, but I decided not to check it in 
since Matt Behrens is replacing setup.py.  I'm crossing my fingers that 
his setup.py will solve this in some way.
