[Zope-Coders] removing more Zope decoys

If I am not mistaken that is there for backward compatibility with the ol=
d stx=20
implementation. It is probably OK to nix it (it has been deprecated for s=
ome=20
time), but this should be noted prominently in the change log for the tru=
nk.

Thoughts anyone?
