[Zope-Coders] RFC: cut/copy/delete semantics for locked objects?

At the moment it is possible to cut, paste and delete objects
through the ZMI that are locked through WebDAV (ObjectManager
operations don't care about locks). IMO it would make sense
to raise a Forbidden exception for Delete&Cut operations
on a locked objects. A Copy operation on a locked file would
create a copy of the locked object but without a lock.

If there are no objections I will fix this for 2.7.
