[Zope-Coders] Backporting Webdav fixes to 2.6

I fixed two important WebDAV problems after the 2.6.1b2 release:

- restricted cut&delete operations for locked objects
- remove "WebDAV access" permission by default from Anonymous users
  and granted this permission to Authenticated instead (Collector #790)

Can I backport the fixes to the 2.6 tree or is beta2 the release
candidate?
