[Zope-Coders] New API for Zope configuration info

ZConfig will be included with Zope, so it will be possible to write your
own configuration schema for your product and allow folks to create a
config file that matches the schema somewhere.

There will also likely be a simple way to extend the "main" config
schema with Product-specific variables, allowing your Product's users to
edit the main Zope config file in order to specify product configuration
values.
