[Zope-Coders] Better error message for unauthorized imports in PythonScripts

Lots of people are trying to use modules in PythonScripts and are not
aware of the security restrictions. This problem is very often questions
on misc. Zope mailing lists, IRC, etc. I suggest to make the corresponding
error messages/exceptions a bit more useful e.g. by pointing out
that the import of a special module is not allowed because for security
reasons and a hint how to get around this problem (e.g. by pointing
to lib/python/Products/PythonScripts/README.txt or an URL or whatever).
This should also be mentioned in the Zope Book.
