The Transaction.py patch is important since o._p_oid might not be a 
string (it might be None).  Hmm, actually "o" might not even have a 
_p_oid attribute, I think.

The TmpStore.py patch might not be required, but I'd like to release 
AdaptableStorage without having to monkey-patch TmpStore.  The change is 
minimal and straightforward.
