[Zope-Coders] cvs lock in zope root dir?

There was what was probably a lock file there, dated Jan 1/19:03.  I
deleted it, so you should be good to go.  I don't know whence it came,
and am a bit surprised it resided there for a full day before any
grief showed - maybe jan 2 was just a very quiet day.  Anyway, give it
a try.

I should add that this is the second time this week that we've hit
some stale lock files, yet we go for long periods of time not
encountering any, which leads me to suggest that we all be alert for
some new practice which may be marginal, causing cvs to get confused.
Maybe one of the automated tests that does a big checkout, i dunno...
