Waagh, no dice :-(

Chris M's big logging changes have already been merged to the HEAD.

Also, the MailingLogger code uses format_exception like:

             body = body + format_exception(
                 error[0], error[1], error[2],
                 trailer='\n', limit=100)

...which barfs in the following way if you use the traceback module's 
format_exception:

  Error Type: TypeError
Error Value: format_exception() got an unexpected keyword argument 'trailer'

I would just revert to FormatException version 1.5, but surely that's gonna hurt 
the stuff in http://dev.zope.org/Wikis/DevSite/Proposals/BetterTracebacks?
