[Zope-Coders] Changes to security machinery in 2.6?

Yesterday I installed Localizer with a fresh 2.6 checkout and Zope
failed to display the index_html method of the created Localizer
instance because of a missing docstring inside the class statement.
After adding the docstring everything worked fine. This behaviour
is different from 2.5 where a docstring for the class does not
seem to be necessary. Where does this new behaviour come from?
