OK, Looks like 746 is either some user error or a bug that makes DTML create
unicode under some special circumstance, not easily reproducable.

766 is the same as 699 and is already fixed.

I can't find any error with the Cc and Bcc behavior. It may be that 749 was
inadvertantly fixed when I fixed 694. :-)

That leaves 763, which is easily fixed as soon as the correct behaviour has
been decided on:
If you don't specify either mailhost or smtphost with dtml-sendmail what
should occur:
1. An error should be raised.
2. Assume mailhost="MailHost"

I prefer #1 myself.

Give me a quick poll, and I'll fix it and check it in, and MailHost should
be ready for Zope 2.6.1b2.
