I updated my branch to the latest docutils package and adopted the
new changed API of docutils. Since the integration of reST
is encapsulated into a single function there is no problem with
a changing docutils API. If we update to the latest docutils
package from time to time, it is only necesarry to update
the wrapper without touching the Zope core.

Documentation situation: the doc folder contains a file containing
the related links to the reST documentation (maybe we can include it)
and the usage of reST from DTML, ZPT, PyScripts and from Zope
products.
