[Zope-Coders] "make clean" doesn't, on Zope (2.7) head

I believe that the "make clean" command in the Zope (2.7) head doesn't
clean everything it should. I had a segfault caused by old BTree code
and repeatedly doing "make clean; make" didn't resolve it. Finally I
did "rm `find . -name \*.o -o -name \*.so` " and that fixed the
problem.
The problem seems to be that "make clean" removes the toplevel build
directory, but many of the .o and .so files are not there; the .o
files are in lib/python/build/temp.linux-i686-2.2/ and the .so files
are in lib/python/.
I guess I could have done a "make clobber" instead, but that's a
pretty nonstandard target and certainly sholdn't be needed to trigger
a rebuild of changed .c files!
