It wasn't found...

I'm guessing I need to change the script from configure to ./configure...

What? All three of these?

The first one sux :-( I suddenly have to do string substitution in the 
autotester.... waggh :(

Any way I can get around having to do that?

More to the point, what should go in the ...?
