Yeah but we also have to be compatible with CMF here, which still has
a bunch of
  raise 'Unauthorized'
or
  Unauthorized = 'Unauthorized'
  raise Unauthorized
(in CMFCore, CMFDefault and DCWorkflow. And CMFCollector.)

Also we'll have to be backward compatible with older versions.
