[Zope-Coders] warnfilter in 2.7 and zope.conf niggles.

About three weeks ago I committed a change to the Zope HEAD which
allowed you to define a Python warning filter in your zope.conf file.  I
put it on the HEAD and (wrongly) thought that it would be merged by Fred
along with some other changes that he had been making (the mime-types
stuff), but it never got merged.  I assume I should just merge it now?

FWIW, I would also like to get rid of the magic of the "default
databases" in Zope.conf.  Right now, Zope will start with one
filestorage and one temporary storage if no zodb_databases are defined
in zope.conf.  This is unnecessary magic at this point -- I would like
to just hardcode the two respetive database stanzas into the default
config file.   I think somewhat of a similar situation exists for
network servers, which I would also like  to fix.  I'm hoping I can do
this without many people complaining.
