I've just added the support for that in the script; you can use:

    python autotest.py -X email/to=someone at example.com

It most certainly does not. I'm not at all convinced having it
throttle the email size is a good thing: If there's an error, the
output can actually help determine what went wrong.

If you have only one <unit> with one <test>, use:

    python autotest.py -X unit/test/script='test.py -vv'

If you're using names for the units and the tests, the basic formula
is:

    python autotest.py -X <unitname>/<testname>/script='test.py -vv'
