[Zope-Coders] Heads up! Landing BaseRequest fix tomorrow.

If there are no objections, I'll merge yuppie-collector1079-branch into 
Zope-2_6-branch, Zope-2_7-branch and HEAD tomorrow.

This is just a 4 line fix to avoid infinite loops in traverse() and I'm 
quite sure it doesn't break anything. But there were no unittests for 
BaseRequest and in combination with __before_publishing_traverse__, 
__browser_default__ and index_html methods the loop I changed is quite 
complex. So I might have missed something.

Please let me know if this breaks anything and I'll try to fix it 
immediately.
