In the example: 

<dtml-var "PARENTS[0].content_html">

The DTML Document type object content_html is included in the page as if html_quote were turned on. Instead, the raw content should be passed straight through.

I don't know what *woozily* means, but dismissing valid bugs out-of-hand does not seem like good practice to me. How will you keep the community interested in Zope with this kind of behaviour? I've submitted on similar bugs in the past with very good follow-though. Please keep up this type of good work!
