Matt, can you please check the build process for the UnicodeSplitter
extension under Win32 ?

Confirmed. The corresponding .pyd for the UnicodeSplitter
is missing in the win32 distribution.

The Win32 install did not install the UnicodeSplitter
on my Windows XP system. The other splitters were
installed.
