Request headers are not correctly copied into retried requests.

One bad effect of this is that it looses the connection:close header too, and a client request may stall indefinitely.

(I could make 2.5.0 stall within one minute of stress testing without this patch, and with this patch it has just run for 30 minutes without stalling)
