 I have been modifying the skin for CMF 1.2 and noticed
 the following problem (of several).  Hitting the reload 
 button on the browser causes a portion of the stylesheet
 to be displayed.  Repeating it eventually will load the
 page properly.  

 I am running Zserver on the development machine and 
 running everything through http://localhost:8080

 I have occasionally seen this behavior on the web.
