TAL statement description links in 
http://localhost:8080/Control_Panel/Products/PageTemplates/Help/tal.stx 
are invalid.

They are http://localhost:8080/Control_Panel/Products/PageTemplates/tal-attributes.stx
instead of http://localhost:8080/Control_Panel/Products/PageTemplates/Help/tal-attributes.stx

Typing in the second link manualy works.

Same problem in TALES Overview and METAL Overview pages:
