Ive been running BerkeleyStorage with the DB_THREAD flag for 3 weeks now and nothing has broken.

The database environment is not being opened with the flag DB_THREAD, and I think it should be.

Reading the sleepycat documentation, I think we should be amazed it works at all without this flag.
