There are several setups describe in that link...

I think you should discuss this problem on zope@zope.org to figure out if it's really a bug, or something wrong in the setup. Then we'll resubmit it when we know it's abug for sure.

I use a setup similar to that described in
http://www.zope.org/Members/4am/SiteAccess2/info
under # Entire Zope in an Apache sub-folder.

If I view the ZMI page of a Zope image object, the
Preview image is not displayed, because the URL path does not contain the subfolder.  All other URLs are correct.  If I view the same page locally (using
the real URL of the Zope-Server) all is fine of course.
