Firstly, the structured-text-header-level appears twice in the config file - and should probably be reduced to one to minimize confusion :)

Another suggestion is to move the more "usual" options a bit further towards the top - the ones I think most users are looking for:

- port-base

- suppress-all-access-rules

- suppress-all-site-roots

- the logging options and paths

The other are anorak options, and should be further down in the file ;)

(Just some usability suggestions from a seldom-admin :)
