Try putting the following in a ZPT:

<tal:x replace="python:'test';"/>

You'll get the following error:

Compilation failed
TAL.TALDefs.TALError: Python expression error:
unexpected EOF while parsing (Python expression "'test';", line 1) in expression "python:'test';", at line 1, column 1

You didn't in Zope 2.6, and it causes lots of fun'n'games when upgading sites.
