There is a typo in the zope-instance\bin\zopeservice.py file. On line 102 "INSTANCE__HOME" should be "INSTANCE_HOME".
Otherwise the following error occurs:

    servicename = 'Zope_%s' % str(hash(INSTANCE__HOME.lower()))
NameError: name 'INSTANCE__HOME' is not defined
