I had the same problem.

I just installed:  Zope-2.7.0-b4 for win32 
and the bin\DLLs\datetime.pyd  is here again.

HUHUUU zope folks, this bug is fixed with the 
Zope-2.7.0-b4 win32 installer :-)
(but its not mentioned in the CHANGES.TXT)

When trying to install CMF-1.3.3 or 1.4.2 into a freshly installed Zope-2.7.0-b3 that was installed via the Zope-2.7.0-b3-win32.exe installer, an ImportError exception is raised.

It appears that calendar.py is trying to import datetime and the datetime.pyd module is missing from the installed version.
