Issue 1205 was for this error:
Unauthorized: You are not allowed to access '' in this context

Issue 1222 was for this error:
Unauthorized: You are not allowed to access 'name' in this context

Issue 1222 was fixed after Zope 2.7.0 final. I guess that is the error you get. Please try to replace your HelpSys/APIHelpTopic.py with the latest version from CVS.
