I haven't describe what it does:
Zope skel directory contains two skels, more with next makezeoinst.py patch, zopedefault and zopeextended.
The first is the default skel, the second usr VAR_HOME and LOG_HOME variable.
makezopeinstance use to new variable -l|--log and -v|--var. If they exist, you set VAR_HOME and LOG_HOME skel variables.
If they does not, makezopeinstance have the same comportment than before.

lib in /usr/lib
executables in /usr/bin
data in /var/lib
log in /var/log

The second point cannot be done for the moment, but not the others.
It will make easier packaging for Linux and BSD(MasOSX ?) distribution.

os.walk.path is fix, but I think that move function will cause problems.

makezopeinstance and makezeoinstance and limited and not permit to respect the FHS rules.
This patch permit to fix makezopeinstance. The next step is to fix hardcoded skel in makezeoinst.py.
