Errr.. to be honest I don't understand this issue.  But I believe it's solved in CVS at the moment.  It's old enough that I am resolving it.

Session data lose(some seconds), when Expiration time in session_data is 0.
If Expiration time greater then 0, data lose too,
but not so quick(some minutes)
