I tried to use the XML export feature of an ordered Folder tree but got:

According to my question in the Zope mailing list Dieter Maurer responded like this:

   Almost surely, a "load_appends" definition is missing in
   the "ToXMLUnpickler" definition of "Shared.DC.xml.ppml".
