test.py is now installed in the 'bin' folder with all other scripts.

CHANGES.txt says:

 - The testrunner.py has been removed since it is replaced with the
   test.py script (in the root of the Zope installation)

That's not exactly true, test.py gets not installed.

I think setup.py should be changed to install test.py (and log.ini).
