Several problems with docs:

- The new tarball layout means that README.txt is correct about the location of other docs when you're looking at an SVN checkout, but not when you're looking at a tarball release.  In the latter case, things have moved from doc/ to Zope/doc.

- INSTALL.txt describes the "make instance" procedure, but this works only in SVN checkouts now, and does not work in release tarballs anymore. That should be spelled out somehow.

There may be other differences between sandboxes and tarballs that I have not stumbled onto yet?
