Maybe it would be a great idea to
bring the Plone record class inline
with the recordclasses zope uses
for request and ZSQL-recordset already.
(Which both do support mapping interface)

Index creation no longer works if the 'extra' argument is a record class, it only works for mappings atm. As a result specifiying 'indexed_attrs' has no effect... 

I see there is b/w compatibility code on Andreas' index branch (SVN), but it's not on 2.7 branch.

Please address before 2.7.5 final.
